In line of credit to Strawson, capital of Kentucky alleges that a person must learn both a first-order rely and second-order zest or volition to be a person.         A first-order longing is simply a lean to do or not to do one or another. A second-order desire is when a person motivations to simply have a real desire or when a person wants a certa in desire to be his leave behind. Frankfurt tells us that second-order volitions are the latter of the 2 second-order definitions (wants a certain desire to be his will.)         Many would doubt what second-order desires have to do with this work on freedom of will.
